Matt Gooding brings over 20 years of leadership and strategic expertise to his role in real estate. Before joining the Bethany Cochran Real Estate Team at Agency Iowa, Matt spent 22 years at Wells Fargo, where he served as Executive Director of Business Growth Strategy. There, he led national lead generation programs and managed call center operations supporting Wells Fargo Home Lending.

With a strong background in residential mortgage lending, Matt offers clients a unique perspective on the financial side of buying and selling homes. His deep understanding of lending processes, market dynamics, and client needs positions him to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Bethany recently welcomed a baby girl, Ivadene (Ivy), and together they have a blended family of six wonderful children: Ethan, Hannah, and Brady (Matt’s), Briella and Camden (Bethany’s), and Ivy (ours). Matt finds great joy in parenting, supporting his kids’ activities, and building a home full of love and laughter. He understands the importance of home, both personally and professionally, and is honored to help others find the perfect place to create lasting memories.
