Kim has been with Agency Iowa since 2018, when she started her real estate career. She grew up around construction and development, so it seemed like a natural path. Her passion for helping others to navigate the unknown and successfully finding the best fit for each family makes each interaction unique and exciting. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and two dogs in Madrid.

Adam is always willing to lend a hand to help a neighbor or go the extra mile to insure his homebuyers and sellers' best interests are met. He has experience with relocations, new home buyers, retirees, and everything in between. He takes great pride in providing superior service while saving clients money. In his spare time, Adam still gets his coaching fix through his children's activities and shares his love of sports with them. He enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing. Adam's wife Bobbi is an Ankeny native and serves the community as an elected member of the City Council. Adam, Bobbi, and their three children call Ankeny home.
Ross Peterson was born and raised in central Iowa. He has lived in Des Moines his entire life and knows the communities of the metropolitan area as well as any person you’ll meet. Ross hosts an afternoon sports talk radio show on KXNO 106.3 and has built an incredible network of talented people in a variety of fields that he now uses to help clients through the process of buying and selling. Ross is very involved with local non profit organizations around Des Moines. He’s been named the volunteer of the month by Big Brothers Big Sisters. He currently is on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Iowa and is heavily involved with his alma mater East High School. Ross has two children, Eli and Audrey. When Ross isn’t helping clients or hosting his radio show he enjoys the outdoors. Fishing and camping with his family are his favorite activities. He also enjoys golfing with his friends.
Terrell graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management. Terrell has a passion for helping people and has always been interested in real estate and interior design. After purchasing her first home, she realized she wanted to help others achieve their real estate goals. Terrell and her husband, Shawn, currently live in Ankeny with their son, Bodhi, daughter Sutton and their dog, Haven. They enjoy traveling and being outdoors in their free time.
An Ankeny native, Jeff Lanning has witnessed the area’s housing development expansion and has a great appreciation for the community’s growth. He played college baseball at the University of Nebraska and the University of New Orleans until he was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 8th round of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft. He played five years of professional baseball with the Twins and the Philadelphia Phillies. After baseball, Jeff finished his degree in business marketing at Iowa State University. In his free time Jeff enjoys time with family, playing golf, and being outdoors.
Jon Olson is a former client of Agency Iowa who enjoyed the process of working with the company so much that he became an employee. He has a passion for helping people through important life decisions and desires to keep the real estate process laid back and understandable for his clients. Jon also has a unique talent within golf, being one of only three players in state history to win the Iowa State Amateur, the Iowa State Match Play Championship, the Herman Sani Invitational and the Iowa Open. He also enjoys playing the piano, water skiing and downhill skiing whenever possible. Jon has two sons named Edison and Parker who mean the world to him. I was born in Germany and moved to Iowa with my family when I was only 2! I have been an Iowan since then and I graduated from Urbandale high school in 2013. Right out of high school I joined the automotive industry and I was in sales & finance for the majority of my career in the automotive world. I truly believe that my experience in sales and finance will help me excel in my real estate career.

I grew up in a small town in Kansas and graduated from K State with a BA in Human Services. After college I got married and moved to Ankeny. I am an Iowa native and returned to my roots after traveling as a flight attendant to nearly 60 countries and living abroad in Dubai. After returning home to Iowa, I went into design in new construction and remodeling in the DSM area. I combined my love for design with meeting new people and landed in Real Estate in 2019. I have a special niche for helping those relocating to Iowa and helping them make Iowa their new home sweet home. I currently reside in Ankeny with my husband and two daughters. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, hosting events for friends and family, visiting new local restaurants, and traveling - of course!
